We are only able to ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

At LINNEA, we craft our products in small batches and carefully inspect them before shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please make your selections carefully. LINNEA does not replace, refund, or exchange products that have been purchased from one of our retail partners.

Thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon arrival for any damages. In the event damage occurs during shipping, please report any issues along with supporting photos (required) within three (3) days of delivery to support@linneaandco.com.

We will only offer a replacement or in store credit of the item originally ordered, no refunds, substitutions or exchanges. LINNEA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages that occur once package(s) are received. 

LINNEA releases all accountability and liability once the designated shipping carrier takes possession of the package(s). LINNEA is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, and all costs associated with amending an incorrect address are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

INSTRUCTIONS

-Remove all packaging and place candle on stable, heat resistant surface. Vessel will become hot when candle is burning.

-Trim wicks to 1/4" before lighting.

-For best results, burn candle to outer edge before extinguishing. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

-Allow candle to cool before relighting

-Keep candle free of foreign matter and wick trimming.

-Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains.

WARNING

To prevent fire: burn candle within sight, keep away from items that catch fire, and keep away from children and pets. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer is responsible for misuse.

Smells like what I'd imagine an onsen would smell like without the sulfur. A little on the light side as expected giving the notes but it did fill my medium sized bedroom nicely with scent. Likely a repurchase.

Fresh, green and grounded!

I have heard of this particular evergreen but not the matsu needle contained there in, so I was intrigued right off the bat lol.... Apparently it is from the Japanese white pine which is a tree of the mountains, and not the coastal areas, up to the treeline in alpine areas of Japan. If you are partial to forest scents/ocean-type scents, give this one a try as it covers all the bases with its mineral water and cedar along with the matsu needle! It is a similar but different take on an evergreen candle offering a welcome change to the typical selections during the winter months (pine, fir, cypress). You definitely get the feeling of fresh and clean while being in the middle of a forest which is not a bad thing at all :) TY for this new find!
